Many people saw this coming but it's now official! Rave of the moment Actress, Lupita Nyong'o has won the award for "Best Supporting Actress," in the just concluded Oscars 2014 for her role as Patsy in "12 Years a Slave."
The 31 year old Kenyan born screen diva received the award amidst laughter, saying: "I want to salute the spirit of Patsy for this award,It doesn't escape me in this moment that so much good in my life is because of the pain I'm someone else's."No matter where you're from your dreams are valid."
Lupita is indeed a lucky girl and an inspiration to many people. Big congrats to her!
