The late Hollywood Actor instructed that his father be the executor of the will and left nothing to his 23 year old girlfriend, Jasmine whom he dated for 7 years before he died with his friend, Roger Rodas in the fatal accident in California.
Paul also wanted his mum Cheryl to be Meadow's guardian despite the fact the Meadow currently lives with her own mother, Rebecca.
