Jeffery Hubbard, 38 has been convicted for homicide involving R&B Singer, Usher Raymond's step Son, Kyle who was 11 years old.
Kyle suffered from brain damage on July 6, 2012 following a run over on him and another young girl by Hubbard who is said to be a friend to the family.
Hubbard's sentencing is scheduled for March 2014.
