They
were media reports, yesterday, that the embattled chairman of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), Bamanga Tukur had resigned. However, Tukur has spoken
up through his Spokesman, Olivier Okpala , denying the reports.
Okpala
who spoke with Journalists said that Bamanga Tukur would be in attendance at
the Party’s Caucus meeting and the NEC meeting that would hold on Thursday.
It
appears someone wants Tukur to resign so soon.
