R&B Singer, Akon has made a pleasant announcement that he’d be supplying electrify to about one million people in Africa- Kenya.
After a photo of the Senegalese born star with the Kenyan President, Uhuru Kanyatta got on the internet last week, there were speculations that the Convict Music boss would be visiting Kenya in September to commence work on the project.

There have been reports in the American media that the Singer is broke, but with this gesture, it appears that he isn’t so broke after all. He made the announcement on instagram, saying “Visiting President Kenyatta of Kenya. He has great visions for Kenya and we shall be there in September to discuss how to make those visions come to life”
Akon was born in Senegal and he relocated to the US at the age of 7.
