American/Senegalese Singer has been served with a lawsuit by an Egyptian Singer, Tamer Hosny over breach of contract. According to reports, Tamer paid Akon a huge amount of money for him to do a song with him, but both Akon and rapper Pitbull who was also supposed to be on the track, were nowhere to be found.
In the lawsuit, Tamer claims that he paid Akon $300,000 to feature in his hit single "Arabian Knight." And Akon is being held responsible because according to Tamer, he promised to bring Pitbull along with him.
The Singer also says that he spent an extra $100,000 on the production crew for the video that was never shot due to their absence.
